What if I need help with project management or installation?

We have a preferred vendor network nationwide who can execute the design for you. We'll connect you with trusted installers, coordinators, and local teams.

Where do you work?

Nationwide. Virtual design means we can work with investors anywhere in the U.S.

How involved do I need to be?

As much or as little as you want. Some clients handle everything themselves. Others hand off execution to our vendor partners. We adapt to your level of involvement.

Do you work on properties that are already furnished?

Yes. We do design refreshes for underperforming STRs that need optimization without starting from scratch.

What's your design style?

We don't have one. Every property is designed for its unique market, location, and target guest. No cookie-cutter templates.

Can you help with renovation finishes?

Yes. Our Renovation Design add-on helps you optimize where to spend and where to save based on what will actually move the needle for your property. We'll specify flooring, fixtures, countertops, tile, and layout improvements—prioritizing upgrades that drive bookings and ROI. Paint color selection is included in our standard virtual design service, so you're covered there regardless.
